All prefabricated systems are manufactured at our state of the art, climate controlled, North Billerica, MA facility with stringent quality control program guidelines. Wall sub frame components are welded to tight manufacturing and industry tolerances ensuring the highest quality manufacture. All wall envelope panels can be fabricated with various claddings, air and water barriers and insulation to meet any project’s individual specified requirements. Sanford’s production and financial capacities are well suited to the demands of both small and large complex projects.
Prior to manufacture, all wall and floor assemblies are fully engineered and detailed by our in house engineering department. Our staff of licensed engineers has over 75 years of combined direct industry experience. We can provide innovative solutions for your most complicated design problems, saving project time and money. We work closely with all project design team members to solve complex cost, durability, maintenance, code compliance, and design detailing problems. Our unique, project specific designs meet all applicable code requirements and can be furnished with engineering stamps as needed.
