Our brick support panels incorporate light
gage metal studs in combination with structural steel members to
support the brick veneer. The structural relieving angles are aligned
and straightened in our shop prior to application to our panels.
This procedure eliminates alignment problems in the field. Sheathing,
building paper and brick tie bases are applied to the panels prior
to field erection eliminating the need for costly staging rentals.
All of our components are welded in jigs under stringent quality
control measures eliminating field problems that can arise with
conventional stick framed installations.
Our truss design utilizes column support
allowing for floor deflection without transferring floor movement
into the wall system unlike standard spandrel supported systems.
By panelizing the exterior walls while the
structural steel building skeleton is being erected, we can save
valuably field time and close the building envelope quicker than
conventional field framing.
Please call us with your next brick veneer
project and let us show you the savings.
